Buildin’ mobs, bustin’ moves — party with Mozes at SXSW!

Event promoters, bands and labels have tapped into Mozes to power their mobile promotions at SXSW.

Mess with Texas 2, the biggest event (and free to the public) at SXSW, is using Mozes to build their mob and run contests for fans throughout their noon-10pm event at Waterloo Park. Go to the Mess with Texas 2 site and join their mob via their Mozes widget, or text ‘MWT2’ to 66937. Mob members get up-to-the-minute announcements, schedule changes and chances to win awesome prizes from sponsors.

IODA is using Mozes to build a mob in order to send mobile updates about IODA bands and showcases at SXSW. Go to IODA’s Opening Day Bash site to join their SXSW 2008 mob via their Mozes widget or simply text ‘SXSW08’ to 66937 and join. Join their mob and attend their free bash on March 12 from noon-6pm at Emo’s Annex. Throughout the bash IODA will be running mobile contests for chances to win awesome prize packs from bands and sponsors. Good luck!

Suretone Records is using Mozes throughout the festival and at their showcase on March 12 at Bourbon Rocks Patio. Text ‘SURETONE’ to 66937 for showcase updates, a free Meriwether ringtone sent directly to your phone and enter to win an iPod Shuffle complete with the entire Suretone catalog!
